You Must SleepNIGHT TRAIN / JOURNEY DESK

02 / THE JOURNEY DESK

A little help,
along the way.

From sleep schedules to Pro access, start here. If something goes wrong, keep your existing data—there is no need to rush into deleting the app.

Effective and updated: September 8, 2026

Start your first night

Open settings from the Train screen and choose when to put your phone down and resume using it. A valid schedule currently requires at least four hours. Allow Screen Time access and confirm that scheduling is active. Bedtime notification permission is optional.

The current version applies its curfew to all app and website categories the system permits it to restrict, not a few individually selected apps. Make sure this suits your needs. Do not rely on the app for medical monitoring or as your only safeguard in an emergency.

Stop restrictions or revoke access

Use the stop-schedule control in app settings. To revoke authorization, choose the option to turn off Screen Time access and confirm. Stopping clears this app’s restrictions and cancels the pending bedtime reminder while preserving history.

You can also look for app access controls in iPhone Settings → Screen Time. Menu names may vary by iOS version. If the issue persists, note the time, iOS version and message, then contact support. Avoid repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the app.

Why did a night not earn a reward?

Settlement depends on a valid schedule, authorization and system callbacks, not sensor measurements. A review-needed status means the system did not fully confirm the session. Stopping or changing a schedule early can also affect settlement. Open the app the next day to check Journey records and task status.

Base coins for a completed night are separate from extra milestone rewards. Travel collectibles are keepsakes, not items to sell for coins. Include the planned times and session status when reporting reward issues; do not change the system clock to attempt another claim.

I purchased Pro but it is not unlocked

Check that the Apple Account used for Media & Purchases matches the original purchase account. Connect to the internet and try Restore Purchases in app Settings → Pro. Also check whether the purchase is pending approval, expired or refunded.

Pro-exclusive content is available while the entitlement is active. Items with a virtual-coin price do not automatically become free with Pro. Restore Purchases restores Apple purchase entitlements, not local collectibles, coin balances or decor progress. If products fail to load, do not pay repeatedly; note the error and contact us.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Quarterly and annual Pro plans renew automatically; lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. The Apple purchase confirmation shows the applicable price, currency and billing period. App language does not determine currency.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Submit refund requests through Apple; Apple determines eligibility under applicable rules. Official instructions are linked below.

Switch between Chinese and English

Tap Language in app settings to open the app’s iOS settings, then choose a language. If the option is missing, add a second language in General → Language & Region first. Simplified Chinese and English are supported, matched to system language preferences by default.

New devices, reinstalling and local data

The current version has no developer cloud sync. Collectibles, coins, decor and sleep records are stored locally. System backups may restore data according to your Apple settings, but item-by-item recovery is not guaranteed. Do not make deleting and reinstalling your first troubleshooting step.

To remove local progress, stop scheduling, revoke access and then use Delete App in iOS. Offload App may retain data. Apple purchase records and subscriptions exist separately. Support cannot remotely read or recover your local progress.

TestFlight installation and purchases

Install Apple TestFlight first, then open and accept the email invitation. External testing requires Beta review approval for the build; being added to the email list does not itself make a build installable.

Test builds installed through TestFlight use Apple’s test purchase environment. Test in-app purchases do not incur real charges or grant purchases in the production App Store version. Include whether you are using TestFlight, plus the version and build number, in your feedback.

What to include in a report

Include your device model, iOS version, app version and build number, app language, incident time and time zone, steps taken, expected result and actual result. For cat positioning or motion issues, include the cabin type, equipped items and a relevant screenshot or short recording.
